This product is a smooth surface vacuum pouch for 5kg pickled vegetables. The pouch has a flat, smooth appearance and is suitable for vacuum packaging. Common laminated materials include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, with a thickness of 150–250 µm (multi-layer lamination).
Printing and specifications: 1–8 color gravure printing is available, with custom sizes and layouts according to customer requirements. The minimum order quantity is 10,000 pcs.
The production process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. It is manufactured in Dongguan, Guangdong, in a 10000-class cleanroom. Materials are food-grade, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
These 5kg smooth surface vacuum pouches are suitable for pickled vegetable packaging, and proofing can be done based on customer sample bags or artwork. Dongguan Kangdi Packaging can customize sizes, layouts, and material combinations to meet requirements for pickled vegetable vacuum pouches.
