This product is a 400mm heat-resistant laminated roll film for food packaging machines. It uses a multi-layer laminated structure with a thickness range of 15–25 silk, and material combinations can be selected from the approved list according to the packaged food, machine compatibility and artwork, including PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE.
Production is carried out in a Class 10000 cleanroom. The process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. For roll film supply, slitting specifications can be arranged, and downstream bag-making and heat-sealing processes can be coordinated as required. Printing supports 1–8 color gravure printing for brand artwork and product information.
The material is food-grade, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request. The heat-resistant variant is positioned for food packaging machine applications. The final material structure, thickness, roll size, slitting specification and artwork should be confirmed based on customer samples, drawings, machine compatibility and packaging requirements. MOQ is 10,000 pcs.
Customization process: customers provide samples or drawings; the factory confirms structure selection and artwork and provides sampling; after confirmation, gravure printing, lamination and slitting are arranged, with bag making and heat sealing coordinated as needed.
