The 25L Bag-in-Box for syrup with butterfly valve is used for bag-in-box packaging of syrup products. The bag body uses a multi-layer composite film structure, and the valve configuration is a butterfly valve. It is produced in a Class 10000 cleanroom through gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing.
Common composite materials include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE and PET/VMPET/NY/PE; thickness is 15–25 silk (multi-layer composite), and the material structure and layout can be selected according to syrup packaging requirements.
Printing supports 1–8 color gravure printing, with custom size and layout according to customer requirements, and sample/artwork proofing services are available; MOQ is 10,000 pcs, and the place of origin is Dongguan, Guangdong.
The material is food-grade material, and a material certificate can be provided upon customer request; the product is suitable for bag-in-box packaging of syrup products, and the butterfly valve is the distinguishing configuration from products of the same specification and use.
