This product is a seven-layer co-extruded vacuum pouch for 5kg cooked food packaging, with the seven-layer co-extruded technical variant as its key differentiator from other vacuum pouches of the same specification and use. It is designed for vacuum packaging of cooked food and can be customized with commonly used composite materials, including PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE.
The thickness range covers 15–25 silk (multi-layer composite), with 1–8 color gravure printing available for bag artwork and product information. The production process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. It can be produced in a Class 10000 cleanroom, using food-grade materials, with material certificates available upon customer request.
Customization includes sample or artwork proofing and custom size and layout according to customer requirements, with a minimum order quantity of 10,000 pieces. The place of origin is Dongguan, Guangdong, suitable for 5kg cooked food vacuum pouch packaging needs; the seven-layer co-extruded structure can be discussed together with common composite material and printing layout requirements.
