Depending on the contents and packaging requirements, other structures such as PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, kraft paper/PE and PET/VMPET/NY/PE are also available. Compared with metallized (VMPET) structures, the key difference of this product is that the barrier function is provided by a pure aluminium layer, making it suitable for pet food with defined packaging structure requirements.
The specification is 250g, with a thickness of 15–25 silk (multi-layer laminate), and 1–8 colour gravure printing is supported. The artwork and pouch dimensions can be customized according to the customer's drawings and requirements, so as to match different pet food packaging formats and shelf display needs.
The production process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing, all carried out in a 10,000-class clean workshop. Food-grade materials are used, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
