The pouch body can be made with composite materials such as PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, with a thickness range of 15–25 silk (multi-layer composite), produced in a 10,000-class cleanroom in Dongguan, Guangdong.
In terms of specifications, the standard capacity is 5L, with a minimum order quantity of 10,000 pcs; sizes and artwork can be customized according to customer requirements. Printing uses 1–8 color gravure printing, allowing artwork design based on product positioning. The materials are food-grade materials, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
The manufacturing process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing; the straight spout and pouch body are matched according to the customized artwork and size plan. The factory can provide sample/drawing proofing services to confirm material structure, printing effect, and pouch details.
