This 4L colostrum pouch is designed specifically for calf drenching, and its key differentiator is the integrated feeding tube: the tube connects directly for feeding, removing the need to decant the pouch or repack the colostrum. The 4L capacity matches typical single-feed colostrum volumes for calves, making it practical for per-head dosing on farm.
The pouch body uses a multi-layer laminated structure. Common material combinations include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, with thickness controlled at 15–25 wire (multi-layer lamination). The structure can be selected according to content characteristics and barrier requirements. Materials are food grade, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
Production follows the sequence of gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. Printing supports 1–8 color gravure printing, with artwork produced from customer-supplied files or sample bags. Bag making and heat sealing are carried out in a Class 10,000 cleanroom, and the feeding tube is positioned and heat sealed to the bag according to the approved drawing during bag making.
For customization, we support proofing from customer samples or artwork and can customize size and layout to customer requirements. The MOQ is 10,000 pieces, and the place of origin is Dongguan, Guangdong. Customers can first confirm the material structure and bag-style drawing, then move on to sampling and volume production; final specifications are subject to the samples and drawings confirmed by both parties.
