Product Overview
This is a 3L liquid soap pouch for laundry detergent, and its defining structural feature is a hanging hole built into the bag body, allowing it to be hung directly on shelf hooks for display. This distinguishes it from same-size liquid soap pouches without a hanging hole, and makes it suitable for large-capacity filling and refill packaging of liquid detergents such as laundry detergent.
The lamination can be selected according to the contents and barrier requirements: PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE. Multi-layer lamination thickness is 15–25 silk (0.15–0.25 mm), and the structure can be matched to the load-bearing and barrier needs of 3L of liquid.
Printing uses 1–8 color gravure printing. The production process runs gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. Production takes place in a Class 10,000 clean workshop, and food-grade materials are used; material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
Customization services include sampling from customer-supplied samples or artwork, plus custom sizes and print layouts to customer requirements. Hanging hole position and pouch dimensions can be confirmed together with the 3L specification and the actual hanging display method. Minimum order quantity is 10,000 pieces, produced in Dongguan, Guangdong.
