This product is a 5L milk liquid pouch bag manufactured by Dongguan Kangdi Packaging, with a screw spout as the core variant. The pouch body uses a multi-layer laminated flexible packaging structure and can be made from common laminates such as PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE; thickness range: 15–25丝 (multi-layer lamination).
For specifications and production conditions, the capacity is 5L with a screw spout; the MOQ is 10,000 pcs; it is produced in Dongguan, Guangdong, in a 10,000-class cleanroom. Printing supports 1–8 color gravure printing, sample/drawing proofing, and custom sizes and artwork per customer requirements.
The process route is: gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. Food-grade materials are used, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
The product is used for milk liquid packaging, with the screw spout as the key structural feature. Customization can be based on customer sample bags or drawings, confirming material, thickness, printing colors and artwork, size, and other requirements before proofing and production.
