This is a 1L Bag-in-Box for dairy products, and its defining feature is an aseptic cap on the bag outlet. The bag body uses a multi-layer laminated film structure; common combinations include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, with a thickness range of 15–25 silk (multi-layer lamination), so the film structure can be matched to the filling method and storage and transport requirements of the dairy product.
Production takes place in a Class 10,000 clean workshop in Dongguan, Guangdong, following the process route of gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. Printing supports 1–8 colour gravure printing for brand colours, product information and regulatory markings, while the heat sealing step controls seal integrity on the edges and works together with the aseptic cap to provide reliable closure after filling and resealing after opening.
The 1L format suits small and medium capacity dairy packaging and portioned dispensing. The aseptic cap is convenient for filling line connection and allows controlled dispensing and reclosing at the point of use, reducing external contact after the cap is opened. The flexible, collapsible bag works with an outer box for transport and shelf display.
Customisation: sample-based or artwork-based prototyping is available, with custom dimensions and layouts made to customer requirements, at a minimum order quantity of 10,000 pieces. Food-grade materials are used, and material certificates can be provided on customer request. To confirm a specific film structure, thickness and printing plan, samples or drawings can be submitted for prototyping evaluation.
