This 10L Bag-in-Box (BIB) is fitted with a spout valve and is designed for condensed milk and other food-grade liquid packaging. The bag body is made from multi-layer composite film with a thickness of 15–25 silk, and material options include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, depending on the filling method and transport requirements.
Production takes place in a 10,000-class cleanroom in Dongguan, Guangdong. The process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. Printing supports 1–8 color gravure printing, enabling custom branding, logos, and instructions.
The standard size is 10L, with an MOQ of 10,000 pcs. The factory offers sample/artwork proofing and can customize dimensions and layout according to customer requirements, helping the bag, spout valve, and filling process work together. Food-grade materials can be provided with material certificates upon request.
