1L Shampoo Liquid Soap Pouch with Screw Spout is designed for liquid soap, shampoo and similar daily chemical liquids. The pouch uses a multilayer laminated structure with a thickness of 15–25 silk, and common material options include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, selected according to content and artwork requirements.
It is produced in Dongguan, Guangdong, in a Class 10000 cleanroom. The main process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. Printing supports 1–8 color gravure printing for brand artwork. The pouch is equipped with a screw spout, making it distinguishable from same-size, same-use liquid soap pouches with other spout variants or without a screw spout.
The specification is 1L, and the target use is shampoo and liquid soap packaging. Custom sizes and artwork layouts are available on request. The materials are food-grade materials, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs.
Customization includes sample/image proofing. Customers can confirm material structure, thickness, number of printing colors, bag dimensions, artwork layout and screw spout requirements before production. All parameters are subject to the approved proof and order confirmation, without claims beyond the listed materials, certifications or lead times.
