It is designed for vacuum packaging of nut products; bag style and dimensions can be customized according to 1kg fill weight and customer equipment. Production is based in Dongguan, Guangdong, with bag-making and heat-sealing completed in a Class 10,000 clean workshop.
The product's distinguishing feature is its seven-layer co-extruded variant; common laminated material structures can also be selected according to customer requirements, including PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE. Multi-layer lamination thickness ranges from 15–25 silk, and printing is 1–8 color gravure printing. The materials are food-grade, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
The standard process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. The seven-layer co-extruded vacuum pouches are suitable for nut packaging and can work with vacuum sealing. MOQ is 10,000 pcs.
Customers can provide samples or artwork for proofing; the factory customizes sizes and artwork according to customer requirements. Material confirmation, print artwork confirmation, bag making, and heat sealing can be coordinated. Specific material solutions and food-grade material certificates can be provided upon request.
