This product is a 500ml double stand-up pouch for pet food, with a spout as the technical variant. The spout structure clearly distinguishes it from same-size, same-use double stand-up pouches without a spout.
Common multilayer laminates include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE. Thickness is 150–250 µm (multilayer lamination). Food-grade materials are used, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
Printing uses 1–8 color gravure printing. The production process is: gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. Production is based in Dongguan, Guangdong, in a 10,000-class cleanroom.
MOQ is 10,000 pcs. The factory can provide sample/artwork proofing and custom sizes and layouts according to customer requirements, suitable for pet food packaging needs.
