This product is a 100g seasoning powder self-seal zipper pouch, featuring a single zipper structure. It is designed for seasoning powder and similar powdered food packaging. Available food-grade laminated materials include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, with thickness of 150–250 µm (multi-layer lamination).
Structure and material combinations can be selected according to contents and display needs for barrier, light protection, moisture resistance, and stiffness. It supports 1–8 color gravure printing, and artwork can be customized from customer samples/drawings. The single zipper is easy for end users and suits 100g seasoning powder small packs.
Production process: gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing, completed in a 10,000-class cleanroom in Dongguan, Guangdong. MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Size and artwork can be customized, and food-grade materials and material certificates can be provided upon request.
Customization flow: customer provides samples/drawings or specifications, confirms material structure, thickness, printing colors, bag type and size, then sampling. After sample approval, mass production follows. This single zipper self-seal pouch is suitable for seasoning powder packaging and can be customized for similar powdered food requirements.
