Common laminated material options include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, with a thickness of 150–250 µm (multi-layer lamination), selectable according to sauce packaging needs.
For production and process, it is made in Dongguan, Guangdong, in a 10,000-class cleanroom. The process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing; printing supports 1–8 color gravure printing and is suitable for customized artwork. Bag size and layout can be customized according to customer requirements.
For structure and material compliance, food-grade materials are used, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request; multi-layer lamination thickness is controlled at 150–250 µm. For 5L sauce packaging, a suitable structure can be selected from the above common materials based on contents and usage.
Customization supports sample/artwork proofing, and size and layout can be customized to customer requirements, with an MOQ of 10,000 pcs. It is suitable for 5L sauce packaging scenarios that require stand-up display and spout dispensing.
