This 500g grain self-seal zipper pouch uses a single zipper construction and is designed for grain product packaging. The pouch type is a self-seal zipper pouch for easy opening and closing use; the single zipper is the core feature that distinguishes this product from other zipper variants with the same 500g specification and grain application.
Common laminated materials include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE. The multilayer laminated film thickness range is 150–250 µm, and the suitable structure and thickness can be selected according to grain packaging requirements.
Printing can use 1–8 color gravure printing to support customer artwork design and brand information. The production process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. The factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, and production is carried out in a 10000-class cleanroom.
The material is food-grade material, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request. Sample/artwork proofing is supported, with custom sizes and layouts according to customer requirements; the MOQ is 10,000 pcs.
