This 500g cooked food vacuum pouch uses a seven-layer co-extruded technical variant and is designed for cooked food vacuum packaging. It is produced in Dongguan, Guangdong, and food-grade materials are used with material certificates available upon request.
For material and structure, common composite materials available include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE. This product features seven-layer co-extrusion as its technical variant, with a thickness range of 150–250 µm (multilayer composite). Custom sizes and artwork are available.
For printing and process, 1–8 color gravure printing is supported. The production flow includes gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing, carried out in a 10,000-class cleanroom.
For customization and service, the MOQ is 10,000 pieces. Sample/artwork proofing is available, and sizes and layouts can be customized to customer requirements. Suitable for 500g cooked food vacuum packaging and branding presentation.
