This product is a 2L double-gusset stand-up pouch (double stand-up bag) manufactured by Dongguan Kangdi Packaging, intended for facial mask product packaging. The double-gusset stand-up structure reinforces the bottom for stable standing, and the 2L size fits facial mask packaging needs.
Common laminated materials include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, with a thickness of 150–250 µm (multi-layer lamination). The material combination can be selected according to barrier, light-blocking, stiffness, and appearance requirements for facial mask packaging.
The production process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing, with 1–8 color gravure printing. Production is carried out in a 10000-class cleanroom using food-grade materials, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request. The MOQ is 10,000 pcs, and the place of origin is Dongguan, Guangdong.
Customization services include sample/artwork proofing and custom sizes and layouts according to customer requirements. The bag type, material combination, and printed layout can be adjusted around the 2L capacity, double-gusset stand-up structure, and facial mask use.
