100ml Syrup Double Stand-up Pouch with Handle uses a multilayer laminated structure, with a 100ml capacity and a handle design for easier holding, carrying, and pouring. Common laminates include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE; the laminated thickness is 150–250 µm, and a suitable structure can be selected within the above material range according to syrup packaging needs.
Production uses 1–8 color gravure printing. The process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing, carried out in a 10,000-class cleanroom. Food-grade materials are used, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request. Origin: Dongguan, Guangdong; MOQ: 10,000 pcs.
This product is suitable for packaging syrup-type contents. The handle structure is the core difference between this 100ml double stand-up pouch and ordinary double stand-up pouches of the same specification and use. Before mass production, material structure, printed layout, bag size, and layout customization requirements can be confirmed based on customer-provided sample bags or artwork, within the common laminate options, 150–250 µm thickness, and 1–8 color gravure printing range.
