10kg smooth surface vacuum pouches for pickled vegetables are a customized pouch type for pickled vegetable vacuum packaging. The specification is 10kg, and the surface is smooth surface, making it easy to distinguish from other same-spec/same-use surface variants. They can be used for vacuum packaging needs such as pickled vegetables, customized to customer sizes and layouts.
Common composite materials include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE; thickness is 150–250 µm (multi-layer lamination). Food-grade materials are used, and material proof can be provided on customer request.
Printing and bag-making process: gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. Printing supports 1–8 color gravure printing; production is carried out in a 10,000-class cleanroom in Dongguan, Guangdong. MOQ is 10,000 pcs.
Customization process: customers can provide sample pouches or artwork; the factory supports sample/artwork proofing and customizes sizes and layouts according to customer requirements. After confirming material, thickness, printing color count, pouch size, and layout, production is arranged. Suitable for 10kg pickled vegetable vacuum packaging.
