This product is a 1kg snack self-seal zipper pouch with tear notch, designed for snack packaging. The self-seal zipper allows repeated opening and closing, while the tear notch is placed at a specified position on the bag top or seal edge for quick tearing, combining sealing and easy-open convenience.
The pouch uses a multi-layer laminated structure. Common material options include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE, PET/VMPET/PE, PET/PE, PA/PE, PET/AL/NY/PE, kraft paper/PE, and PET/VMPET/NY/PE, with a thickness of 150–250 µm. The material combination can be selected according to snack characteristics and packaging requirements.
Printing is done by 1–8 color gravure printing. The production process is gravure printing → lamination → slitting → bag making → heat sealing. The factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, and operates in a Class 10000 cleanroom. Food-grade materials are used, and material certificates can be provided upon customer request.
Sample/image proofing is supported, and size and artwork can be customized to customer requirements. The MOQ is 10,000 pieces. The position of the self-seal zipper and tear notch can be designed as needed for customized production of 1kg snack packaging.
