This dual stand-up pouch is built for industrial and chemical liquids. The bottom gusset lets a filled bag stand firmly on the filling line or inside a carton, reducing tipping and squeezing during transport. The top can be fitted with a spout, screw cap or valve for smooth pouring and resealing, while reinforced seals around the body and fitment help contain inorganic acids, dyes and paints without leakage. Sized to match an outer carton, it works as a bag-in-box liner.
Structures are selected to suit the product, including PET/PE, PA/PE and PET/AL/PE laminates that balance barrier performance, chemical resistance and drop strength. Matching roll film in the same material can also be supplied for automatic filling lines. Printing is 1-8 colour gravure, with artwork accepted from samples or files so colours and layout follow your brand. Standard volumes run from 3 L to 12 L, with 5 L, 10 L, 20 L and 25 L options available, and bag dimensions plus spout diameter can be matched to your filling equipment.
Typical uses include inorganic acids, dyes, paints, waterproof coatings and chemical additives for the chemical, building material, textile and coating industries. Our customization process covers requirement review, sampling and confirmation, bulk production and shipment follow-up, and both samples and drawings are welcome for evaluation. The factory is in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10,000 clean workshop and in-house printing through bag making. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, produced and delivered to the confirmed schedule.
