This bag-in-box vacuum bag is built around oxygen barrier and liquid freshness requirements. The pouch is formed with four-side or three-side seals and a folded gusset, and the base can be a round bottom or butterfly bottom so it holds its shape inside a carton without bulging. The outlet can be fitted with a food-grade spout, one-way valve or butterfly valve connector for post-mix dispensers and filling equipment, keeping the liquid in limited contact with air after opening.
Film structure uses food-grade multi-layer lamination of PET, NY, AL and PE, where the aluminium foil layer delivers high oxygen and light barrier performance and the inner sealing layer provides stable heat-seal strength for chilled and ambient handling. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure printing with saturated colour and accurate registration, in matte, gloss or spot varnish finishes. Standard volumes run from 1L to 20L, with film thickness and bag format matched to product weight and equipment interface. Matching roll film in the same structure is also available.
Typical applications include post-mix beverage syrup, red wine, fruit pulp and juice, sauces, edible oil and liquid household products. For customisation, send us a sample bag or artwork, we confirm the film structure and spout specification, then produce a proof for approval before mass production. Our factory is in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10,000 clean workshop and multiple gravure printing, lamination and bag-making lines. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, with production and shipment scheduled against the confirmed plan. Samples and drawings are welcome.
