This vacuum bag is built on a self-standing pouch with a gusseted base, so it stays upright on shelves and displays well. An integrated handle at the top makes a full pack easier to carry. A large-mouth spout is heat-sealed into the side of the bag, letting rice and grains flow out smoothly without clogging; the screw cap reseals after each pour to limit moisture and insect exposure. Sealing is controlled for both pressure and temperature, giving flat, strong seams that hold up under vacuum.
The body is usually made from multi-layer laminates such as PET/AL/PA/PE, with film thickness chosen according to fill weight and vacuum level to balance oxygen barrier, light blocking and puncture resistance. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure printing, delivering clear detail and accurate registration, with matt, gloss or spot effects available. Sizes run from 500g up to 10kg; spout diameter, bag width and length, and handle position can all follow your drawing. Matching roll film in the same material can also be supplied.
These bags suit rice, mixed grains, beans, nuts, pet food and similar dry or powdered goods that need moisture and insect protection, as well as measured packing of chemical granules and household items. The custom process starts with your sample or artwork to confirm bag style and dimensions, then sampling, order confirmation, printing and bag making. Our factory is in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10000 clean workshop and in-house printing and bag making. MOQ is 10,000 pcs.
