This stand-up, shaped vacuum bag is designed for products that demand a tight, reliable seal, such as water-based polyurethane mortar and similar pastes. The three-dimensional bottom and four-side seal keep the pouch upright on the shelf and stable in transit, while the outline can be cut into curved or angled profiles to suit the filling line. The top can be supplied flat, with a zipper or press-to-close strip, or fitted with a spout or one-way degassing valve. Tear notches and hanging holes are available on request.
The bag body is a multilayer laminate of aluminum foil and food-grade films, typically PET/AL/PE, with an optional nylon layer for extra toughness. The foil core blocks moisture, oxygen and light, and the inner heat-seal layer is the only part in direct contact with the contents; thickness and layer ratio can be adjusted for powders, pastes or liquids. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure printing, covering solid backgrounds, gradients and fine text. Standard capacities run from 100ml to 5L, and matching roll film can be supplied in the same structure.
These pouches are widely used for water-based polyurethane mortar, waterproof coatings, putty powder and adhesives, as well as sauces and pet wet food that need protection from light and moisture. Customisation starts with a short brief; once the bag style and dimensions are confirmed, we produce a sample from your artwork or reference bag, and bulk production follows after approval. Our factory is in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10000 clean workshop, an MOQ of 10,000 pcs, and in-house printing and lamination for consistent quality across the run.
