Product Overview
This colostrum pouch is developed for calf tube feeding and forced feeding routines. It is built as a stand-up spouted pouch, and can also be produced with a feeding port or a screw-type valve. Seals are clean and firm on all four sides, and the spout is made of food-grade PE with a leak-resistant seal ring, so the bag can be inverted or squeezed without dripping. Optional hang holes, tear notches and a writing area help farms record batch numbers and feeding times.
The bag body uses food-grade laminated film, typically PET/AL/PE or PET/VMPET/PE. The aluminium layer provides good light and oxygen barrier performance, which suits colostrum, milk and other liquids sensitive to light. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure printing, giving saturated colours and stable detail; full-surface backgrounds and matte finishes are available.
