This dual stand-up pouch is designed for large-volume liquid filling, with a widened self-standing base that keeps the bag steady on shelves or in transit crates. Sealing runs flat and firm around the body, so the pouch holds its shape and resists edge splitting during handling and stacking. The outlet can be fitted with a thickened disc valve, butterfly valve or spout as required; each valve is heat-sealed tightly to the film, turns smoothly, and delivers a steady flow with limited air contact.
Aluminum foil sits at the core of the laminate as the barrier layer, combined with food-grade PET, NY and PE films to block oxygen, moisture and hydrogen molecules, helping keep hydrogen concentration in the water over longer storage. Outer layers accept 1-8 colour gravure printing for brand logos, ingredient text and usage icons with stable colour reproduction and accurate registration. Common capacities run from 1L to 20L, and bag size, valve diameter and port position can be customised; matching roll film in the same structure is also available.
This pouch suits large-volume storage and distribution for hydrogen water machines and hydrogen-rich water brands, and also works for drinking water, tea concentrate, plant extracts and other liquids that need barrier protection, including bag-in-box dispensing setups. Customisation is straightforward: send us a sample bag or artwork, we confirm structure, material and print layout, then move to sampling and bulk production.
