This dual stand-up pouch uses a gusseted bottom that keeps the bag standing firmly on shelves and inside cartons, and it can also serve as a bag-in-box liner. Both side seals and the bottom are reinforced at the joints to reduce leakage during transport. Depending on your filling line, we can add a spout, a valve or a screw cap on the top or corner, or keep it as a flat-seal pouch for easy reopening. It suits liquid products that need stable standing and smooth dispensing.
The body is usually built from PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE or PET/VMPET/PE laminates, and the exact layer count and barrier setup are decided by the contents and filling temperature. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure printing, covering brand artwork, ingredient lists, barcodes and usage text. Standard volumes run from 100ml to 5L, while bag width, bag height, spout diameter and bottom gusset can all be adjusted to order. Matching roll film in the same material is available as a companion supply.
Typical users are food-service chains and food factories packing edible oil, soy sauce, sauces, syrups and concentrated soup bases, along with ice cream mix liners, dairy and beverage bases, and household liquid products. The custom flow is simple: confirm pouch style and size, choose the material structure, approve the print artwork, then run a sample before mass production.
