This double stand-up pouch is built with a bottom gusset that lets the bag stand firmly on the shelf, with clean and strong seals on all sides for automatic filling lines. The spout area can be fitted with a straight spout, an angled spout or a press valve, and the bag works well with a bag-in-box outer carton for smooth pouring and low residue. Its high stiffness keeps the pack stable during display and repeated use.
The structure is normally a multi-layer lamination of PET, NY, AL, VMPET and PE, and the barrier or puncture-resistant combination can be selected according to the filling. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure printing, with custom artwork, samples and drawings accepted; registration is accurate and colour variation is kept under control. Common volumes run from 100ml to 5L, while bag width, bag length, spout diameter and seal width can all be adjusted to match filling equipment. Matching roll film in the same material is also available.
These pouches are widely used for wine, juice, hydrogen-rich water, syrup, sauces and liquid household chemicals. The custom process starts with confirming bag type and volume, then supplying a sample or artwork, followed by proofing and mass production. The factory is located in Dongguan, Guangdong, and runs a Class 10000 clean workshop, with printing, lamination and bag making completed in one plant. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, and production is scheduled against agreed milestones, a good fit for brand owners and factory buyers.
