This self-seal zipper bag is designed for individual packaging of small items. It features a three-side-seal flat pouch construction with a built-in press-to-close zipper at the top, allowing repeated opening and closing while keeping contents sealed against dust. Sealing lines are neat and strong, and the edges can be finished with a tear notch, rounded corners or a hang hole for retail display and re-use. No spout or valve is fitted on this model; for liquids or pastes, please refer to our separate spouted pouch range.
The bag is typically made from laminated PET/PE, PET/AL/PE or PE film, balancing stiffness, barrier performance and seal strength, with the structure selected according to the weight and protection needs of your product. Surfaces accept 1-8 colour gravure printing, delivering saturated colour and clear detail for brand logos, artwork and instruction text; matt, gloss or selective effects are available. Common bag widths run from 5–20 cm with proportional lengths and thicknesses of roughly 0.05–0.12 mm. Matching roll film in the same material can be supplied.
Typical applications include shoelaces, cables, jewellery, small hardware, stationery and cosmetic samples, as well as e-commerce gifts and accessory sorting. Our custom process is straightforward: send us a sample or artwork, confirm material, size and print colours, approve a proof, then move to bulk production. Based in Dongguan, Guangdong, we operate a Class 10000 clean room and in-house gravure lines. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, and matching roll film is available on request.
