This self-sealing zipper pouch is designed for solid granules and dry goods that need a practical stand-up pack. The bag uses a bottom gusset for stable shelf display, with clean side seals and a resealable zipper at the top for repeated opening and closing. It can be made without a spout or valve, or with optional tear notches and sealing labels depending on your filling and storage requirements.
The pouch can be produced with aluminized or aluminum foil laminated films, such as PET/VMPET/PE or PET/AL/PE, helping provide light, moisture and oxygen barrier for dry contents. Sizes, zipper placement, bottom gusset and volume can be customized, covering roughly 100g–2kg of granules. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure printing, with custom samples or artwork accepted. Matching roll film in the same material can also be supplied.
Typical applications include goji berries, coffee beans, nuts, grains, tea, pet snacks and household granules. The custom process usually covers requirement discussion, sample or artwork confirmation, proofing, approval, bulk production and shipment. Our factory is based in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10,000 cleanroom, and the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Production and delivery are arranged according to the confirmed specification and quantity.
