This stand-up zipper pouch uses a resealable zipper as the opening, with a three-side-sealed body plus a bottom gusset or folded base so the bag stands upright on the shelf. The zipper can be a plain press-to-close type or a slider version, and the top edge may include a tear notch, hang hole or carry handle for easy opening and display. For liquid or gas-releasing contents, a spout or one-way degassing valve can be added on request.
Laminates are usually PET/PE, PET/VMPET/PE or PET/AL/PE, chosen according to barrier, light-blocking and puncture-resistance needs, with a reinforced inner seal layer to reduce leakage. Printing is 1-8 colour gravure printing, reproducing artwork, solid blocks and gradients from your files, with matt, gloss or spot varnish finishes. Sizes are made to order: fill weights from 100g to 5kg, with bag length, width, bottom gusset, zipper position and tear direction set by your drawing or physical sample.
Typical uses include snack gift packs, nuts and roasted seeds, laundry capsules, pet treats, household goods and small hardware. The custom flow is simple: send a sample or artwork for quotation, confirm material, structure and print layout, approve a proof, then bulk production, inspection and shipment; matching roll film of the same material can be supplied for automatic packing lines. We run a Class 10000 clean workshop in Dongguan, Guangdong, with in-house 1-8 colour gravure printing, a MOQ of 10,000 pcs and delivery against the confirmed schedule.
