This matte stand-up zipper pouch is designed as mid-to-high-end retail packaging for tea and snack products. The bottom gusset lets the bag stand upright on the shelf, while the side gussets and center-seal back fin keep the printed panel flat and clean. A resealable zipper at the top lets consumers open and close the bag repeatedly, and a tear notch plus hanging hole are available. On request, a one-way degassing valve can be added for coffee beans and other products that release gas.
The pouch is built from food-grade laminates such as PET/AL/PE, PET/VMPET/PE or PET/NY/PE, with the barrier layer chosen to match your product. The matte film surface feels soft and resists fingerprints, and an aluminum layer improves light and moisture blocking. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure printing, supporting full-colour backgrounds, gradients and spot-colour overlays with consistent colour. Common capacities run from 100g to 2kg; bag width, height, gusset and zipper position can all be adjusted to your artwork, and matching roll film is available.
