This zip lock pouch is built for small-capacity, resealable portioning of food and personal care products, available as a three-side-seal flat pouch or a stand-up pouch. A single-track or double-track press-to-close zipper runs along the top and opens smoothly for repeated use, while rounded corners, tear notches, hang holes and a writable area can be added. Side seals are heat sealed with even width, and the zipper sits flat against the body so the seal holds well after refrigeration or freezing.
The pouch is normally made from food-grade laminated film, with structures such as PET/PE, PET/AL/PE or NY/PE chosen according to the filling, balancing barrier, low-temperature resistance and puncture strength. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure printing for clear detail and consistent colour, with full coverage, matt or gloss finishes and transparent windows available. Capacities range from about 100ml to 1L, with 200ml, 250ml and 500ml being common, and film thickness and pouch dimensions can be adjusted to your fill volume.
Typical applications include breast milk storage, milk powder and baby food portions, pet food, nuts and snacks, tea, powder samples and daily chemical products. The custom process starts with a requirement review, then sample or artwork confirmation, proofing and bulk production. Our factory sits in Dongguan, Guangdong and runs a Class 10000 clean workshop. Zip lock pouches and matching roll film can be supplied together, with an MOQ of 10,000 pcs and production based on the approved sample.
