This matte-finish zipper bag is designed for tea and dry food packing. It comes in three-side-seal or stand-up pouch formats with a built-in resealable zip and tear notch, so the pack can be opened and closed repeatedly while keeping the contents tidy. Handles, hang holes or one-way degassing valves can be added, and the same construction is available in flat-bottom and quad-seal styles. Stiffness and zip smoothness can be tuned to suit different fill weights and shelf presentation.
The structure typically combines matte PET with PE, and can be switched to matte BOPP laminates, metallised or high-barrier combinations depending on what needs protecting from light and moisture. Printing runs on 1-8 colour gravure printing, covering full-bleed backgrounds, gradients and contrasts between matte and gloss varnish, with colour matched to your sample or artwork. Common sizes cover 100g to 2kg packs, and matching roll film in the same material can be supplied for automatic lines.
