This self-sealing zipper pouch is built for small-format liquid packaging such as children's puree and juice. The body uses a stand-up three-side-seal construction with a bottom gusset, so filled pouches stand upright on shelf. A resealable zipper across the top keeps contents protected after opening, while the apple-shaped spout cap gives the pack a recognisable look for kids' drinks and stays securely screwed on to reduce the risk of accidental swallowing. Contents can be drunk straight through the spout or squeezed out.
Pouch material can be built from food-grade laminates such as PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE or PET/VMPET/PE, with the barrier layer selected for light protection, puncture resistance and seal strength. Common capacities run from 100ml to 500ml, and bag dimensions, spout diameter and zipper position are all adjustable. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure printing for stable colour and clear detail, and matching roll film in the same material can be supplied for inline filling.
Typical applications include children's food, juice drinks, puree and baby food, dairy products and sauces, sold through supermarkets, mother-and-baby channels and e-commerce multipacks. The custom process starts with confirming pouch style and capacity, then material structure and artwork, followed by sampling and mass production. Our factory in Dongguan, Guangdong runs a Class 10000 clean workshop, supports sample- and drawing-based customisation, and starts at 10,000 pcs with delivery scheduled to the approved artwork and production plan.
