1L Spouted Pouches with Dual Needle Tubes for Tree Nutrient Drip

This drip-bag spout pouch is built for tree nutrient solution delivery. The bag uses a stand-up spouted pouch format with three- or four-side seals that stay flat and strong under hanging load. A welded spout sits at the top of the bag, and the outlet can be fitted with a dual needle tube set, one tube for liquid output and one for air intake, so the solution drips steadily without creating negative pressure. The spout is heat-sealed to the bag body for a tight, leak-resistant joint, and a hanging hole can be punched for fixing to a trunk or support.

The bag body is typically made from laminated film such as PET/AL/PE or PA/PE, with the barrier layer chosen to match the contents and to add puncture resistance and light blocking. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure printing, so artwork, colour codes and text can be matched to your brand from a sample or drawing, with accurate registration and clean detail. Capacities range from 100ml to 5L, and bag size, spout diameter and needle tube length can all be adjusted. Matching roll film in the same material is available.

These pouches are mainly used for fruit tree drip infusion, transplant care, and landscaping watering and fertilising, and they also suit measured slow-release packaging of agricultural nutrient liquids.
