The top can be fitted with a screw spout or a leak-resistant valve spout, and the cap can be reopened for repeated dispensing. Pouch shape, spout diameter and bag dimensions can be adjusted to suit the product, making it a practical choice for liquids and semi-liquids that need controlled pouring.
The pouch body is made mainly of milk-white PE, and the structure can be switched to PE, PET/PE, PET/AL/PE or NY/PE laminates depending on barrier requirements, balancing stiffness and puncture resistance. Surfaces accept 1-8 colour gravure printing with clear detail and consistent colour, including full-coverage backgrounds, spot colours and matt or gloss finishes.
