Product Overview
This spout pouch is designed for liquid tree nutrient and tree-activation drip packaging. The bag body uses a three-side seal construction with flat bottom seals and side seals of even width, so the edges hold up well under load. A threaded spout or one-way valve spout is welded at the top, and it can be fitted with a screw cap, tamper-evident cap or silicone valve. Liquid flows smoothly and the seal stays reliable, which keeps leakage away during long, slow hanging drip feeding.
Materials can be selected according to the filling and shelf-life requirements: PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE or PET/VMPET/PE laminates, with a heat-seal PE or CPP inner layer for barrier performance and puncture resistance. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure printing, giving clear image layers and stable colour, with matt, gloss or partial laser effects available. Common volumes run from 100ml to 5L, and bag dimensions, spout diameter, tube length and hanging hole position can all be adjusted to your artwork. Matching roll film in the same material is also available.
