This spouted pouch is designed for hair care pastes and creams. It uses a stand-up construction, so the filled bag stands firmly on the shelf and displays well. The top is left open for filling and then heat sealed, working with a screw-cap spout for smooth dispensing without spills. Snap-cap and valve spouts are also available for repeated consumer use. The seal around the spout is reinforced to reduce splitting under pressure, making the pouch suitable for medium-to-high viscosity products around 500g.
The pouch body is typically built from PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE or PET/PE laminates, with the barrier layer adjusted to suit the formula, balancing stiffness, puncture resistance and chemical resistance. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure printing, giving saturated colour, fine detail and smooth gradients, with gloss, matte or spot varnish finishes optional. Capacities range from 100ml to 5L, and bag width, spout diameter and proportions can all be adjusted. Matching roll film in the same material is available.
