Anti-Bulging Stand-Up Spout Pouch for Liquid Fertilizer

This stand-up spout pouch is built for liquid fertiliser and similar liquids. The bottom gusset keeps the bag standing firm on the shelf or pallet, while the four-side seal gives a flat, strong edge that resists stacking pressure. A one-way degassing spout sits at the top: as internal pressure builds, air escapes slowly through the valve while liquid stays sealed inside, so bags breathe without leaking and are less likely to bulge or seep during transport and hot storage. The spout is available with a plain screw cap or a gasket version for easy pouring and resealing.

Pouches are usually laminated with PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE or PET/VMPET/PE film, and the structure can be adjusted to suit the filling, barrier and shelf-life requirements of each product. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure, giving dense colour and clean detail, with matt, gloss and spot-window finishes available. Standard volumes run from 100ml to 5L; bag width, height and spout size or position can all follow your drawing. Matching roll film in the same material can be supplied for inline filling.

Typical users pack foliar fertiliser, macro-element water-soluble fertiliser, organic liquid fertiliser and other liquids that need venting, along with small-format pesticide, household and food liquids. The custom process is straightforward: send us a sample, drawing or artwork, confirm material, volume and spout style, then approve the pre-production sample before mass production. Our factory is in Dongguan, Guangdong, with a Class 10000 clean workshop; film blowing, printing and bag making are handled in-house. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, and scheduling follows the agreed milestones.
