Product Overview
This stand-up spout pouch is designed for children's drinks and single-serve fruit puree. The bottom gusset lets the filled bag stand upright on shelves, while four-side heat-sealed edges keep the pouch firm and smooth to the touch. A cartoon-shaped screw cap sits on top, and the spout can be paired with a zip closure or a child-resistant design. The opening size is adjusted to the viscosity of the content, so puree squeezes out and juice flows easily.
The pouch body is made from food-grade laminated film, with layer count and thickness adjusted for light barrier, puncture resistance or low-temperature use. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure printing, which delivers saturated colour and clear detail, so cartoon artwork and brand logos come out faithfully. Volumes range from 100ml to 2L, and bag width, spout diameter and cap style can all be customised to your drawing. Matching roll film is also available for automatic filling lines.
Typical uses include children's juice, fruit puree, yoghurt and jelly drinks, as well as sauce, honey and travel-size personal care samples. For customisation, send us a sample or your artwork; we confirm pouch style, material and print layout, then make a plate and produce a sample for approval before mass production.
