This stand-up spouted pouch is designed for sauce-type products. Its folded bottom gusset lets the bag stand firmly on shelves and filling lines. The top-fill opening suits automatic or semi-automatic filling before heat sealing, while the centered spout can be ordered as a standard screw cap or with a tamper-evident ring and silicone valve for smooth, drip-resistant dispensing. Seams on all four sides are flat and strong, and the opening position plus spout spacing can be matched to your filling equipment for accurate dosing and repeated use.

The bag body is typically built from multilayer laminates such as PET/AL/NY/PE or PET/NY/PE, and the material combination can be adjusted to suit your filling and sterilization process, balancing barrier performance, puncture resistance and temperature tolerance. Surfaces support 1-8 colour gravure printing, reproducing brand colours, gradients and fine text, with samples or artwork both accepted for proofing. Standard volumes run from 100ml to 5L, and bag width, spout diameter, seal width and film direction can all be customized to your filling lines and shelf display.
