This stand-up spouted pouch is built for liquid and semi-liquid filling. The bag can be made as a plain stand-up pouch, a die-cut shaped pouch or a gusseted block-bottom format, so it stands firmly once filled. Seals are flat and strong on all sides, fitted with a screw spout or flip-top spout; optional one-way valves and leak-proof gaskets keep the opening smooth and the cap easy to re-close without seepage, making the pouch suitable for automatic filling lines.
Typical laminates include PET/AL/PE, PET/NY/PE and all-PE film, selected by content and sterilisation method to balance oxygen barrier, light protection and puncture resistance. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure printing for saturated colour and accurate registration, with matt, gloss or spot-varnish finishes available. Capacities run from 100ml to 5L, and bag width, spout diameter and pouch outline are adjusted to your drawing.
Applications include fruit and vegetable juice, yogurt, jelly, sauces, dressings and liquid detergents.
