Collapsible Flip-Top Spout Pouch for Travel Lotion and Toiletry Packing

This flip-top spout pouch is built on a stand-up structure with a widened bottom gusset, so it stays upright on shelves and bathroom counters after filling. The body is sealed on three or four sides for clean, rigid edges, and the top is fitted with a flip-cap spout that opens and closes smoothly, giving controlled pouring of lotions while limiting leakage and contamination. A folding crease on the body lets the pouch be pressed flat for storage and packed easily into travel kits.

The pouch is typically made from PET/PE or PET/AL/PE laminated film, and the structure can be adjusted depending on whether the contents need barrier or light protection. The inner sealing layer keeps seal strength reliable, while the smooth outer film takes large printed areas well. Printing uses 1-8 colour gravure printing for saturated colour and stable registration, reproducing gradients and fine line artwork. Standard volumes run from 100ml to 5L, with pouch size and spout diameter made to order, and matching roll film available for automatic filling lines.

Typical applications include lotions, shampoos, body wash, hand cream and sample packs in the personal care, household and cosmetics sectors, as well as hotel amenities and e-commerce travel sets.
