Stand-Up Spouted Pouch 500g for Laundry Detergent and Hand Soap Refill

This stand-up spouted pouch is designed for liquid refill products. Its folded bottom gusset lets the filled bag stand firmly on the shelf and pour easily. The top is fitted with a screw-cap spout, available in small or large diameters, and selected sizes can be paired with a valve or pull-ring cap. Four-side seals are flat and firm, and the spout-to-film weld is widened so the pouch keeps sealing well after repeated opening and closing, ideal for multi-use family packs.

The bag body usually uses PET/PE or PA/PE laminated film, with an inner heat-seal layer that balances stiffness and drop resistance. Printing is done by 1-8 colour gravure printing, which reproduces solid backgrounds and gradients with strong colour saturation; samples or artwork can be submitted for proofing. Capacities from 100ml to 5L are available. Bag width, height, spout diameter and cap type are matched to your filling line, and compatible roll film in the same material can be supplied for continuous production.

Typical applications include refill packs for laundry detergent, hand soap, body wash, conditioner and liquid soap, as well as disinfectants and household cleaners. For customisation, you send a sample bag or artwork, we confirm the material structure and print file, then arrange proofing before mass production at our Dongguan factory. The plant has a Class 10000 clean workshop and runs film blowing, printing and bag making in house. MOQ is 10,000 pcs, delivered on the confirmed schedule.
