This eight-side-seal pouch is made for coffee beans and tea that need a block shape rather than a soft pack. Sealing on all eight edges creates flat side and back panels, so the pouch keeps a squared silhouette when filled, uses the space in a carton or on a shelf efficiently, and gives a wide front panel for the design.
The film is a high-barrier laminate that limits oxygen, moisture and light, which is what keeps roasted coffee and tea fresh after packing. A one-way degassing valve can be fitted so carbon dioxide escapes after roasting without air entering the pouch, and a top zipper lets the buyer reseal the pack between brews. Structure, thickness and valve and zipper positions are all matched to the fill weight and the packing machine.
Printing covers 1–8 colours across the front and side panels, so origin, roast and brewing notes can be presented clearly. Produced by Kody Packaging in Dongguan, Guangdong, with samples supplied before volume orders.
