Product Overview
This refill pouch is made for laundry detergent, fabric softener and other household liquids that are sold as refills. Compared with a rigid bottle the pouch uses far less material per litre of product, and when it is empty it folds flat for disposal, which is what refill ranges and light-weighting targets look for.
The film is chosen for chemical resistance: the inner PE heat-seal layer stands up to surfactants and to the acid and alkali range of household cleaners without delaminating, and the outer layer accepts a 1–8 colour print so dosage and safety information stays legible through the product's life. Filling can be done through a press spout, a pull-ring spout or a tear notch at the top, depending on the filling line you run.
