Wine and spirits are sensitive to both oxygen and light, so the barrier layer of the inner bag decides how well flavour survives after opening. This stand-up pouch is formed from a four-layer PET+AL+PA+PE foil laminate whose aluminium core blocks oxygen and light, at 15-25 μm to balance barrier and flexibility. A dual-gusset base lets the filled pouch stand upright, either for direct shelf display or as the inner bag of a BIB pack inside a corrugated carton. A butterfly valve at the spout regulates flow by turning and seals reliably when closed. Specification and artwork are made to order for 1-5L juice, beverage, wine and spirits packing.
